I looove



Moroccan mint tea.


 I grow mint in my own garden and make mint tea in Norway, still it never tastes as in Morocco..



This is a recipe of Moroccan mint tea:
1 tablespoon Green Tea leaves
  • 1 large handful fresh spearmint leaves, washed
  • 1/2 liter (about 2 cups) boiling water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Bring the tea to a simmer. Remove from the heat and let steep several minutes more.
  • Enjoy!
